Why soy wax?
Soy wax is 100% natural and made from environmentally friendly, renewable resources. It's much cleaner and more eco-friendly than classic paraffin wax, which is made from non-renewable sources. (Soy wax candles also burn slower and last longer than paraffin!) Although vegan and clean, these candles and are not suitable for use on skin.
How are your other materials sourced?
Like our soy wax, the fragrance oils we use are clean and held to the highest standards of safety and quality. Our packaging materials are either second-use, biodegradable, or both! (Doing our best to ensure all shipping materials meet this standard soon!)
How does shipping work?
We aim to ship out orders every week on Tuesday! We ship through USPS and have a flat rate of $4-$8 for every box we send. This means you can save when you bundle your candle orders! Based on current USPS times, you can expect orders within 1-5 business days once shipped.
How do I get the most use out of my candle?
Before each burn, trim the wick to about 1/4". Let the top layer of wax melt completely until it touches all sides of vessel before extinguishing. Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time. for With proper care, 4oz candles should last 15-25 hours, and 8oz candles should last 30-40hrs.
